CHINESE CAMP, Calif. —

Evacuation orders and warnings are in effect for parts of Tuolumne County after a fire sparked Tuesday morning.

The so-called 6-5 Fire sparked at 10:34 a.m. along Old Don Pedro Road at Big Cree Court, south of Jamestown, Cal Fire said.

As of 2:03 p.m., the fire has burned at least 200 acres, Cal Fire said.

Evacuation orders are in effect for the communities of Keystone, Chinese Camp, and the area surrounding La Grange Road, Old Don Pedro Road and Sixbit Gulch Road, evacuation maps by Cal Fire said. When an evacuation order is issued, residents are lawfully required to leave immediately due to threatening conditions.
