According to PG&E communications, residential customers who use 500 kilowatt hours a month and don't receive discounts will have their monthly bills decrease by about $5. On top of the decrease, residential electric customers will get $58.25 credit from the California Climate Credit during their October billing cycle.
PG&E spokesperson said the company is working on stabilizing electric prices through company-wide savings programs to allow the price to be lower.
