Adriana Victoria has always felt connected to the broader goal of empowering marginalized voices. She channeled her passion for supporting neurodiverse children into founding NeuroUnity Network, an organization that uses science, education, and advocacy to increase accessibility for neurodiverse children in communities around the nation.

When Adriana was volunteering as a STEM tutor, she witnessed the social and medical roadblocks that children on the spectrum faced in the schooling system. Their parents expressed to Adriana that they wished there were more early intervention strategies available as well as other support systems that their children could access.
