In theory, name brands offer higher quality than store brands. However, this doesn't always play out in practice. According to Reddit , Kirkland ice cream bars give name brands like Häagen-Dazs a run for their money . The recipe is fairly simple: vanilla ice cream covered in a chocolate-flavored coating, sprinkled with roasted almonds. "They are so fantastic I've had to stop buying them," one user claimed.
