Syracuse, NY -- Millions of healthy adults and babies across the country may lose access to the latest Covid vaccine this year under new federal rules, according to one of the leading experts on the vaccine.
Anyone 65 and older will still be able to get the shot -- once hiccups in the rollout at local pharmacies ease in coming weeks, said Dr. Stephen Thomas, an infectious disease physician with Upstate Medical University. That’s according to approval from the FDA, which was issued last week.
