Seattle officials have closed three neighborhood parks for 60 days, citing “negative park activity” at each location.

Lake City Mini Park in Lake City, Seven Hills Park on Capitol Hill and Dr. Blanche Lavizzo Park in the Central District were closed Aug. 28 in order for Seattle Parks and Recreation to “assess possible amenity changes and/or upgrades,” spokesperson Rachel Schulkin said in an email Monday.
