On Wednesday morning, September 3, Reps. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) and Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) held a press conference in Washington, D.C. with survivors of convicted child predator Jeffrey Epstein. The lawmakers are demanding greater transparency from the Trump administration on the federal investigation of Epstein's crimes.

Khanna and Massie were joined by MAGA Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), who Massie described as "the bravest woman in Congress."

Khanna told reporters, "Today, we stand with these survivors." And Massie added, "I think it's shameful that this has been called a hoax…. The perpetrators are being protected because they are rich and powerful ... Today, we are standing with the survivors."

Greene vowed to "fight like hell for these women," noting that Epstein "was able to walk among the most rich, powerful people" despite his crimes.

The MAGA congresswoman told reporters, "The truth needs to come out ... This should never happen in America."

The survivors detailed the abuse they suffered at the hands of Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

The presser is receiving a lot of reactions on X.com, formerly Twitter — including comments from MAGA Republicans.

MAGA Republican Steve Austin posted, "I Have Heard not ONE Name beside Epstein and Maxwell… Gloria Allred… ambulance chaser… you are not really falling for this crap are you…NAME the NAMES… WTF!!!!

Brian Combs, responding to Infowars' livestream of the presser, posted, "You mean to tell me Epstein's been dead for five years and they’re just now coming out and talking. So why are they reacting their names if they’re out here talking about it."

MAGA Ascending wrote, "No names named, but one of the victims said they'd 'compile a list.' No word on when this list would be available, but considering it's taken them almost 20 years to come up with this idea, I doubt their 'list' will be coming out anytime soon. I'm sorry for what happened to the victims; they've received millions of dollars in damages. Sounds like they might want more. They talk of justice, but if they won't name names, there is no case. So they need to stop wasting our time until they're REALLY ready for justice."

Similarly, self-described "MAGA Christian southern woman" Donna Franzman posted, "There will be no justice without names. Politicians are using these women as stepping stones."
