Police bodycam video from 2019 Miramar shootout played during officer's Stand Your Ground hearing

Chelsea Jones reports Miami-Dade Officer Jose Mateo is fighting have a manslaughter charge dropped over the deadly 2019 UPS truck shootout in Miramar. He was one of four officers charged in the shooting.
