WASHINGTON CITY, Utah (ABC4) — A St. George man has been arrested and charged after allegedly throwing items at a woman's vehicle while driving and threatening her with bear spray.

Robert Paul Haket, 64, has been charged with one count of threatening with or using a dangerous weapon in a fight or quarrel, a third-degree felony with a road rage enhancement; one count of assault, a Class A misdemeanor with a road rage enhancement; and an infraction for littering.
