HENDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (WEVV) — Henderson County Sheriff's Office and Henderson County Coroner's Office are on scene of potential bone fragments that have been located in the western part of the county.

Coroner's Office received a call in regards to the fragments in the "Geneva Bottoms" area along Highway 136 near Geneva. A deputy is also on scene to help with the investigation.

The fragments were found near a soybean field off of the highway. We have a crew heading to the scene and will update with the latest.
