Fort Smith directors authorize mayor to enter agreement to ante up $435,000 for noise mitigation grant for schools

FORT SMITH -- The Fort Smith Board of Directors unanimously voted to authorize Mayor George McGill to enter an agreement with the Fort Smith School District regarding a noise mitigation grant that will benefit two local elementary schools, Orr and Carnall.
