PSEG granted access to more properties for surveys, denied request for US Marshals

In separate rulings on Tuesday, a U.S. District Court judge granted an energy company temporary access to more properties for surveys and denied the company's request for U.S. Marshals to accompany it on select properties.

The energy company, Public Service Enterprise Group, filed in July a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court of Maryland, seeking temporary access to more than 140 properties, mostly in Frederick County.
