The Department of Homeland Security announced a new partnership with the state of Louisiana to expand ICE detention capacity located at the Louisiana State Penitentiary, known as Angola Prison. The facility has been dubbed “Louisiana Lockup” and will house some of the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens arrested by ICE.
