MAGNOLIA, Ark. (KSLA) - Charges against a Magnolia ER doctor accused of raping a patient have been dismissed.
According to Arkansas court records, charges against Dr. Jeremy Wayne Saul of London, Ark. were dismissed Aug. 27, 2025. The case was dismissed by Circuit Judge David Talley after an agreed motion to nolle pros was submitted by prosecutors and Saul’s defense attorney.
Dr. Saul was initially arrested after the alleged rape was reported in late March of 2024.
Saul was working as a doctor in the ER at Magnolia Regional Hospital when the accusation was made.
The hospital says Saul was hired by a third party contractor that works in tandem with the hospital, and that he is no longer employed at the facility.
