LANSING, MI -- One of the largest Powerball prizes of all time could be won tonight as the estimated jackpot for the drawing on Wednesday, Sept. 3 is worth $1.4 billion. The cash option for tonight’s drawing is worth $634.3 million.

The current jackpot is the fourth largest in Powerball’s history.

Once again, MLive will provide results of the drawing shortly after it takes place at 11 p.m. EST.

There have been 40 consecutive drawings without a jackpot winner, leading to tonight’s massive jackpot. The last time the grand prize was won came on May 31, when a player in California matched all five white balls and the red Powerball.
