In the early morning hours of Feb. 3, 2023, Ryan Andrews took aim at Gabriel Del Castillo Mullally as he stood with his friends on the Danforth Ave. sidewalk, revved the engine of his Subaru and mounted the curb.

There were obstructions in his way and he missed the first time. The group told the 24-year-old that he was drunk, they told him the cops were near, they told him to go home.

Instead, Andrews followed as they walked away and waited for a clear stretch of sidewalk to try again.
