CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The man accused of shooting and killing an 11-year-old boy in Texas who was playing Ding Dong Ditch over the weekend faced a judge on Wednesday. Gonzalo Leon, Junior is charged with murder. A judge set his bond at $1 million. Leon is a 42-year-old Army veteran. He’s accused of shooting the boy, Julian Guzman, in the back Saturday night.
