A company with a facility in Piedmont, South Carolina, says a restructuring plan will affect more than 100 employees.

Charles Cain , general counsel and chief administrative officer at PL Developments, told WYFF News 4 that the scheduling change is affecting 114 positions.

Cain added that the company is offering those affected more than 50 positions on the new third shift.

"We also gave the requisite 60-day notice to all affected employees and are continuing to pay them during this period," Cain said in an email.
