Lady Gaga abruptly canceled her concert in Florida Wednesday night just minutes before she was set to take the stage at Miami’s Kaseya Center.

“Hi everyone, I am really so so sorry but I need to postpone tonight’s show in Miami,” the singer, 39, wrote on her Instagram Stories. 7

Gaga explained that her “voice was extremely strained” during her rehearsal on Tuesday and her vocal warmup on Wednesday.

“My DR and vocal coach have advise me not to go on because of the risk it poses,” she continued. “I want to be hardcore and just push through this for you but I don’t want to risk long term or permanent damage on my vocal cords.” 7
