CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The Charlottesville Police Department says a residence and a vehicle were damaged by a Wednesday night shots fired incident.

The incident occurred around 10 p.m. in the area of River Road and St. Clair Avenue.
