The September issue of City & Shore Magazine is going to start a lot of conversations around tables throughout South Florida.

Starting with Michael Mayo’s list of Broward and Palm Beach county restaurants that somehow didn’t get a mention among top Florida establishments this year from the Michelin Guide . Some of the best restaurants in the two counties are not on “foodie bible” Michelin’s list, says Mayo, the former South Florida Sun Sentinel’s food critic and cofounder and current administrator of the 213,000-plus member “Let’s Eat, South Florida” Facebook Group.
