Tom Brady drew some criticism in his first season calling NFL games last year, given it was after he joined the Las Vegas Raiders as a minority owner.

In his second season with Fox, the NFL is loosening restrictions around Brady getting information before games. In 2024, his ownership status kept him out of production meetings.

Speaking on the “PFF NFL Podcast” this week, Brady pushed back against suspicions that his status as a minority owner will affect him in the booth.

“I am a professional. I was a professional when I played, I’m a professional in this role,”Brady said. “Ultimately, I want to be as prepared as I can be so the broadcast for our viewers is the best as possible.”
