Harris Construction is poised to have its attorneys’ fees covered in its long-running defense in the lawsuit filed by local contractor Stephen Davis.

Last week, Fresno County Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Hamilton awarded Harris Construction with $1.66 million in attorneys’ fees.
