Four Peaks Management purchased a 297-unit apartment complex built in 2014 at 11775 Wadsworth Blvd. for $85 million from Hamilton Zanze. The buildings hold 283,175 rentable square feet and generate over $6 million in yearly rental income. David Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matt Barnett and Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop brokered the deal.

Kayne Anderson purchased two medical outpatient buildings spanning 153,858 square feet at 630 and 640 Plaza Drive in Highlands Ranch for $41 million from a joint venture between Harbert Management Corporation and Bancroft Capital.
