When Travis Kelce stepped onto the field in Sao Paulo, Brazil , with the Kansas City Chiefs to face off against the Los Angeles Chargers on Friday, Sept. 5, he did so as an engaged man.

However, his bride-to-be, Taylor Swift, was not in attendance.

The Week 1 game at Corinthians Arena comes a little more than a week after Swift and Kelce jointly announced their engagement Aug. 26 on Instagram.

Swift was a near-constant presence at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, for the Chiefs' regular-season home games last season. She also showed up to see the Chiefs beat the Houston Texans in a home playoff game on Jan. 18, 2025, and again when the Chiefs defeated the Buffalo Bills for the AFC championship on Jan. 26.
