Peoria Police Citizen’s Academy Alumni honor 2 community members

Peoria Police Citizen’s Academy Alumni honored two community members for their contributions to local law enforcement.

PPCAA recognized Gary Felton and Diane Jennings by providing them letters of appreciation at their Aug. 20 meeting.

They have made, and continue to make, significant financial donations to the PPCAA in support of the heroines and heroes in blue of the department’s north station.

PPCAA also honored the north station’s commanding officer, Commander Christofferson, with a PPCAA Challenge Coin, in appreciation of his service to the community. Commander Christofferson also presented Gary Felton a ‘Commander’s Commendation’ for his support of the heroines and heroes in blue of the department’s north station.
