The Indiana Fever broke ground on a $78 million sports performance center dedicated to its WNBA athletes on Sept. 4.
The new three-story, 108,000-square-foot facility opens before the 2027 season.
Located in downtown Indianapolis, the center is designed specifically for female athletes. It will feature two practice courts with data technology, advanced strength and conditioning areas and extensive recovery options, including hydrotherapy pools, infrared light therapy and spa-like suites.
The building will also contain wellness spaces, a full-service kitchen and an outdoor courtyard. Additional player-focused amenities include podcast studios, a hair and nail salon and a dedicated childcare space with family lounges.
