OHIO (WJW) -- The fall season is quickly approaching, so it's a great time to start making plans with your friends and family.

Here in Northeast Ohio, we take the fall season very seriously. With leaves changing colors, pumpkins and apples growing, and great weather, we do the season right with plenty of festivals to check out.

ASHLAND

Honey Haven Fall Festival

The Honey Haven Fall Festival in Ashland will be held on Saturdays and Sundays, September 27 through October 26. A maze, a barnyard zoo and a weekly craft show are just some of the activities guests can enjoy. This year’s corn maze theme is “Fall Family Fun 25 Years.”

Mum Festival

The Barberton Mum Festival takes place at Lake Anna Park September 27-28. It features a hand-planted garden of chrysanthemums, live music
