Gogglebox is set for a massive shake-up with five fresh families settling onto their sofas for the latest series - following the departure of just one duo.

Earlier this summer, news broke that Scottish pair Roisin Kelly and Joe Kyle were bidding farewell to the programme after bosses opted not to bring them back for the 26th series.

Two new Scottish couples are now amongst the arriving television enthusiasts - mates Jake, 27, and Calum, 31, hailing from Glasgow, plus sisters Rosie, 68, and Susie, 70, from Edinburgh.

The programme is also welcoming its most senior participant in 87 year old Sara from Yorkshire, who'll be tuning in alongside her daughter-in-law Lara, 58.
