The Hailey City Council on Monday will consider preliminary-plat approval for the Cascade Condominiums project in addition to considering the city’s $36.2 million budget for fiscal 2026.
Developers John and Brant Tanner of Idaho Falls-based Tanner Investments are seeking preliminary-plat approval for their 24-unit Cascade Condominiums, formerly known as Solstice Condominiums, in the Woodside subdivision.
Preliminary-plat approval would allow the developers to divide the 1.15-acre parcel into 24 sublots and market the units for sale.
The three-story project on the corner of Countryside Boulevard and Shenandoah Drive includes 18 two-bedroom, 1,000-square-foot condos and six one-bedroom, 670-square-foot condos, with two of those units reserved for residents who live and work in Blaine Coun
