RUTHERFORD COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office said that a judge signed a Nuisance Abatement Consent Judgment and final order of abatement for a property in Forest City.

Officials said that following repeated criminal offenses, drug overdoses and numerous complaints from the community, deputies sought support from the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement Division to address persistent illegal activity at the property located at 281 Andy Drive.

As a result of the investigation, deputies said that a judge signed a Nuisance Abatement Consent Judgment and final order of abatement for the property.
