The Crimson Tide lost four times on the road last season. If Kalen DeBoer hopes to lead them back to the playoffs and resolidify the Alabama Standard, he's going to have to majorly course correct from last week's stunning loss to the Seminoles.
"I choose to believe we got a good football team," said DeBoer after the 31-17 defeat, the Tide's first in a season opener since 2001. "But, you know, we can't play on our heels like, we're not going to be what we think we can be, what we want to be, if that's the case."
Tonight, the Tide stays in Title Town for its home opener against the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks, who picked up a 29-0 win last time out against the Saint Francis (PA) Red Flash.
Kickoff is set for 6:45 p.m. K
