Former President Joe Biden has selected Delaware as the site of his presidential library, and his team started raising money to fund its construction.
Building a presidential library recently has cost into the hundreds of millions. The library is paid for by private money.
The Joe and Jill Biden Foundation approved a 13-person governance board that has been ordered to direct the project. Board members include former Secretary of State Antony Blinken, adviser Steve Ricchetti, and others with ties to the presidential pair.
