A decision on a major 415-home plan for Leicestershire is set to be made after concerns were raised over a controversial proposed roundabout. Officials had previously delayed their decision after hearing “many” local residents had expressed fears over the roundabout.
The plan from Richborough Estates looks to create 415 homes on fields off the A47, Normandy Way on the edge of Hinckley . It would be the second phase of works from Richborough Estates in the area after it won planning approval at appeal to build 500 homes on adjacent land at Normandy Way.
