CLEVELAND — The Browns kick off the season with an in-state fight.

Cleveland plays host to the Cincinnati Bengals in the 1 p.m. opener Sept. 7. It's the 104th Battle of Ohio, a rivalry that dates back to the Bengals' 1970 debut season.

The Bengals own the active win streak in the series, with three in a row dating back to the 2023 regular-season finale. They also own the overall series lead at 55-48, although the Browns have a 30-21 advantage in games played on the shores of Lake Erie.
