NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Defensive end Chase Young and offensive lineman Trevor Penning head the list of seven inactive Saints players for Sunday’s home game against the Arizona Cardinals.

The starting linemen were ruled out of the game on Friday (Sept. 5), Young because of a calf injury and Penning because of an injured toe.

Other Saints declared inactive before Sunday’s game include DT Khristian Boyd, DT Vernon Broughton, DB Jordan Howden, WR Trey Palmer and OT Xavier Truss.

Starting cornerback Alontae Taylor, limited earlier in the week by a groin injury, is off the injury list and ready to go.
