FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — The Atlanta Falcons have released wide receiver David Sills V from the active roster and safety Grayland Arnold from injured reserve, the organization announced Friday afternoon.

Sills was a preseason standout for Atlanta. After starting training camp working with the second- and third-team offensive groups, Sills was running with the first-team offense by the end. He acted as Drake London's backup from time to time, while also taking some reps alongside London in a big receiver look.

Sills has been in the league since 2019, when he signed with the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent out of West Virginia. He spent four seasons with the New York Giants from 2019-22 and was on the active roster in 2021 and 2022. He signed with Atlanta this January after a year on
