MISSION, Texas (ValleyCentral) — One person died in a two-vehicle crash Saturday night, Mission Fire Department officials stated.

Mission Fire Chief Mike Silva told ValleyCentral, authorities responded to a crash at approximately 10:30 p.m. on 4 1/2 Mile Road and La Homa Road.

One person died as a result of the crash, Silva stated.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is the lead investigator of the crash. ValleyCentral reached out to DPS, who said they will release information about the crash as soon as it becomes available.
