The Packers led 17-3 at halftime, with the Lions getting the ball to start the second half and settling for a 27-yard field goal by Jake Bates.
The key play in the half was an interception by Evan Williams of Jared Goff in the red zone late in the second quarter, preventing the Lions from getting any points after they had converted a fourth-and-2 on a catch by Jameson Williams .
