Daly Thompson, owner of Boo and Henry's Memphis Pit Barbeque in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a true "pit master."
"Some people, they do hot dogs and hamburgers," Thompson said. "Growing up in the South, that wasn't barbecue. That was just grilling, you know, and there's nothing wrong with hot dogs and hamburgers. But for tailgating, if your time is of the essence, I always go to the chicken, whether it's chicken or chicken wing, hot links or smoked sausage."
