Despite a very narrow win by the Cincinnati Bengals in their season opener, head coach Zac Taylor expressed optimism for what he saw on the field from the team against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.

The Bengals won 17-16 at their game in Cleveland's Huntington Bank Stadium. This came in no small part due to a missed extra point attempt by Browns kicker Andre Szmyt in the third quarter, and a later missed three-point attempt by Szmyt in the fourth quarter near the end of the game.
