SANTA FE, N.M. —

Following up on an investigation at a residence on Lopez Street, police came upon a man who was dead around 1:15 p.m. Sunday, a Santa Fe Police Department news release said.

SFPD is limiting access to the area and asking the public to stay away while its crime scene unit processes the scene for evidence, the release said.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information on what happened is asked to call Detective Sergeant Dianna Conklin at 505-955-5323.
