One Punch Man fans have been waiting for a new season for five years. However, this doesn't mean that they'll be happy with anything that is thrown their way. After a Season 3 teaser release, fans were vocal about what they are calling a downgrade in the anime series' quality. With just a month until the premiere of the new episodes, they are concerned that the wait has been in vain. In light of the reaction, Season 3 director Shinpei Nagai spoke out about the negative backlash.
