INGLEWOOD, Calif. – Former BYU wide receiver Puka Nacua started bleeding from his eye after a hit in the first half against the Houston Texans.

Nacua went to the locker room after the play, and it was reported that he would be evaluated for a concussion.

He was later seen with a bandage above his right eye, still in uniform on the sideline.

Over the first few drives of the game, Nacua had three receptions for 23 yards. He also took one jet sweep carry for one yard.

When Nacua left the game, the Rams trailed Houston, 3-0. He cleared concussion protocol and returned to the game later in the second quarter.
