DULUTH, Minn. – The skyline of downtown Duluth is shining a little brighter with a new addition to the downtown’s latest housing development.

There is a glow about the “force on Fifth Avenue’s” new golden signage at the corner of 5th Avenue West and Superior Street. Brian Forcier with Titanium Partners is behind this private development. The building now houses thirty furnished units for short, mid, and long-term housing. The main floor offers 5,000 square feet of commercial space featuring a lobby and a soon-to-be coffee shop with direct access to an outdoor plaza. One-night stays are also available.
