The court-ordered custodian and live-in caretaker for a Fayette County girl who was found dead could face new charges after a sibling showed signs of abuse and neglect, according to the District Attorney.

CYS obtained medical evaluations from Children's Hospital which showed a 6-year-old child in the household had been subjected to severe child abuse and neglect. Aubele said that report suggested the child had a purported body mass index of zero.

At last check, the child was stable at the hospital.
