The Great Lakes Loons finished their 2025 season Sunday at Lake County, earning a 9-3 victory over the Captains.

The Loons finished the season with a 72-58 overall record, 38-27 in the second half.

Great Lakes infielder Logan Wagner hit a three-run homer in the sixth inning for a 9-2 lead. The homer was his 15th of the season and his 76th RBI of the season to lead the Midwest League. Wagner, 21, was the Los Angeles Dodgers’ sixth-round pick in 2022 and played in a team-high 122 games in 2025.

Dodgers’ No. 1 prospect Josue De Paula capped the season with two hits and three RBIs, finishing his second season with the Loons and playing in his 150th game for Great Lakes.

Kendall George led the Midwest League with 93 runs scored, 84 walks, 101 stolen bases and a .409 on-base percentage. The
