YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- Celebrations and other festivities dedicated to those who have — or still are — recovering from mental health and substance use disorders are planned throughout the Midstate as September is recognized as National Recovery month.

“Our last Sunday of the season, which is for the last 12 plus years, Recovery Day here at Wellspan Park,” said Cody Bannon, director of marketing for the York Revolution.

The ballpark was packed for the event as the York Revolution faced the Lancaster Stormers.
