ERIE COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - The Erie County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO) is investigating a fatal hit-and-run that happened early Sunday morning.

According to a release, the ECSO said the crash happened at 3:15 a.m. on State Route 2 westbound. The crash was specifically between the Erie and Lorain county lines.

Deputies would like to speak with people travelling in that area at that time.
