A 55,000-square-foot industrial property in Somerset has been sold to Mack Boring & Parts for $13.8 million, according to a statement from Bussel Realty Corp.

The property, located at 400 Cottontail Lane, features a drive-in door, 25-foot ceilings, heavy power capabilities and ample parking space.

The location provides access to I-287 and the New Jersey Turnpike.

“The property has expansion capabilities ideal for Mack’s customer base representing approximately 300 authorized dealers across 26 states,” said Gregory Irving, executive vice president and partner at BRC, in a statement.

Irving and Steve Jaynes, industrial specialist at BRC, represented the seller, Hsu Property Holdings, in the transaction.
